Overview: A Letter of Engagement (LOE) plays a crucial role in defining the professional relationship between registered practitioners and their clients. This course aims to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the purpose, structure, ethical considerations, and key elements of Engagement Letters and the significance of their use.

This course allows you to create your own Letter of Engagement that defines the scope of your arrangement with clients, sets clear expectations, protects the interest of both parties and enhances the overall client-practitioner relationship.

On successful completion, you will be awarded a Statement of Achievement from My CPE as well as an excellent customised Letter of Engagement Template to use.

Duration: 50 minutes to complete the online learning module. A further 10 minutes is allocated to complete the small Quiz.
Pass Mark: 80% pass mark overall.
