Overview: A Letter of Engagement (LOE) plays a crucial role in defining the professional relationship between registered practitioners and their clients. This course aims to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the purpose, structure, ethical considerations, and key elements of engagement letters, as well as the significance of their use.

This course will explain how to create your own Letter of Engagement to define the scope of your arrangement with clients, set clear expectations, protect the interests of both parties, and enhance your overall client-practitioner relationship.

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded a Statement of Achievement from My CPE.

Duration: 50 minutes to complete the online learning module. A further 10 minutes is allocated to complete the small Quiz.
Pass Mark: 80% pass mark overall.
